Another name for a nondirectional hypothesis is two-tailed hypothesis because it includes changes in the dependent variable that occur in either direction.

Answer to Question 2

D
A directional hypothesis states the direction of the expected change. One form that this takes is to indicate which group mean is expected to be higher than the other.
