  a. have significant assets in real property
  b. have fixed incomes
  c. have put their money in foreign banks
  d. sell products that have a quick turnover
  e. none of the above

Question 2

How might the discount rate used in project appraisal be adjusted to account for environmental concerns? Is there a better way to address these concerns?

Some suggest higher discount rates, to account for future environmental damage and make environmentally sound projects show a better return. Others prefer to specify environmental costs in the calculation of net present value.
