The quasi-experimental strategy intends to answer the question, Is there evidence of a cause-and-effect relationship between two variables? The non-experimental strategy answers the question, Is there a relationship between two variables? The correlational strategy answers the question, Is there a relationship between two variables? Finally, the descriptive strategy answers the question, What is the current status of individual variables for a specific group of individuals?
