Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

Rural-urban migration is the result of a combination of factors that push people out of rural areas and pull factors that attract them to the city. Push factors include overpopulation in rural areas which reduces the amount of food and work available and lack of opportunities to obtain farm land. Pull factors include the possibility of a more exciting life in the city, a higher standard of living, and the presence of relatives and friends already in the city.
