The primary difference between terrorists and other criminals is that
 
  a. terrorists work alone, and not in groups.
  b. criminals organize into groups like the Mafia, and terrorists do not.
  c. terrorists are ideologically motivated, criminals do not tend to be.
  d. even ordinary criminals receive more training than do terrorists.
  e. criminal acts often receive more advance planning than terrorist acts.

Conflict theorists claim that medical care is a capitalistic industry, making health care a profit-oriented enterprise. Because the primary focus is on making money, and the poor have very little of that to give, they do not receive adequate medical care.
