Answer to Question 1

According to Durkheim, Catholics displayed a higher degree of social integration. Durkheim related rates of suicide to the degree of social integration within different groups of people.

Marx identified the bourgeoisie as the class of people who owned the means of accumulating wealth in society. He called those who labored for the bourgeoisie the proletariat.
