It is clear that a large survey is an appropriate method for a study of marriage patterns among college students. What will the researcher need to do to insure that the research sample is random?
 
  a. Ask as many people as possible.
  b. Ask more than one group of people; try to get all the groups in.
  c. Set up the experiment to include a control sample to test the research sample.
