capita of more than 12,196 in 2009 . According to the World Bank,

people in high-income economies typically have a higher standard of

living and continue to dominant the world economy, despite the fact that

some workers found themselves without work due to capital flight

movement of jobs and economic resources from one nation to another

and deindustrialization closing plants and factories because of their

obsolescence or that workers from other nations are being hired to do the

work more cheaply.
