Smart working is a term that encompasses a variety of different practices and

approaches to organizing work. At its core it means giving more freedom, autonomy

and flexibility to workers with less of an emphasis on top-down management.

Although organizational goals and managers still exist, it allows workers to do work

where and when they will produce the best and most efficient results. This approach

relies heavily on modern information technology.
