Answer to Question 1
Apple started as a two-person organization, when Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak began designing the first Apple personal computer in a garage in Los Altos, California. The company gained widespread recognition for the first time by being the first company to successfully sell a personal desktop computer. Another breakthrough for the company came in 1984, when the company introduced the first Macintosh. Apple had many ups and downs in the 1980s and 1990s but was sustained because, during that time, the company put an organizational structure in placefor any organization, this means adopting bureaucratic business structures such as becoming an official corporation, introducing a management structure, and having a board of directors.
