that satisfaction in old age is related to a person's amount and quality of activity  social activities as well as isolated tasks and projects

In traditional systems of government, there is an orderly succession of heirs, usually based on heredity. In a rational-legal system, written law provides the process by which a leader is chosen. Charismatic authority is based on personal qualities of the leader with no rules of succession.
