Answer to Question 1

Political action committees generate enormous amounts of financial support and have access to resources far beyond the capability of the average candidate. For example, it is estimated an average senator would need to raise 2,500 per day towards reelection every day of the week for the duration of his or her six-year term in order to have the finances needed to be successful in the next campaign.

Answer to Question 2

High levels of testosterone are not necessarily responsible for aggressive behavior by men. Social factors  including class, socialization, life goals, and self-definitions  also play a role in determining aggressiveness.
