ANSWER: Doctor's questions are designed to elicit disabilities, distress, dysfunction, and dependency. Strengths,
successes, and effective coping strategies are not solicited or taken into account. Every clinical
intervention is an attempt to cure or fix a disease or sickness. There is very little connection between
the patient and the patient's environments
