  A) puncture the sac, and pull it away from the baby's mouth and nose.
  B) suction the baby, administer oxygen, and transport.
  C) place two fingers inside the vagina, creating a V, so the baby can breathe.
  D) gently loosen the cord with your fingers, and slip it over the baby's head.
