A 49-year-old male has summoned EMS for crushing chest pain. He states that he needs his nitroglycerin, but it is in his car in a nearby parking lot. A friend states that he also takes nitroglycerin and hands you his bottle of nitroglycerin. The patient appears very sick. Given the patient's condition, your best action would be to:
