An 80-year-old is being cared for by her grandson. She is wearing pants that are wet with urine and has bruises on both of her forearms. The room where she stays has several days of laundry on the floor and dirty glasses and dishes on the dresser. The patient's grandson called 911 because the patient seems confused today.
