He is complaining of some neck and shoulder pain. His vital signs are respirations 20, pulse 110, blood pressure 116/80, and pupils equal and reactive. How should you manage this patient?
 
  A) Place him on oxygen, and then slowly move him to the stretcher.
  B) Apply a cervical collar, and then rotate him to a long spine board.
  C) Perform a rapid extrication and spinal immobilize him on a long spine board.
  D) Use a short spine board or vest device, then transfer him to a long spine board.
