A 2-year-old male fell into a swimming pool and was submerged for about 2 minutes. The child is unresponsive, cyanotic, apneic, and pulseless. A firefighter who first responded on an engine is performing CPR. You are not able to quickly obtain vascular access, but you are able to place an endotracheal tube. EKG shows a sinus bradycardia with a rate of 32 . You should:
 
  a. start an intraosseous line immediately.
  b. administer 0.01 mg/kg epinephrine 1:10,000 down the endotracheal tube.
