An infant you have just delivered is in severe respiratory distress. Central cyanosis unresponsive to bag-valve-mask ventilation is present. Physical exam reveals a small, flat abdomen; absent breath sounds over the left lung field; and displacement of the heart sounds to the right. What problem do you suspect?
