A child weighing 19.3 kg is to receive 7.5-9 mg/kg/dose. Each dose is to infuse over 50 minutes. The supply is labeled 10 mg/5 mL.
 
  Calculate the normal dosage ranges to the nearest tenth and the flow rate ranges in gtt/min using a set calibrated to 60 gtt/mL.
