A child weighing 26.7 lbs is to receive 2-3 mg/kg/dose. Each dose is to infuse over 20 minutes. The supply is labeled 3 mg/4 mL.
 
  Calculate the normal dosage ranges to the nearest tenth and the flow rate ranges in gtt/min using a set calibrated to 60 gtt/mL.

A child weighing 20.4 kg is to receive a 0.3-0.5 mcg/kg/dose. Each dose is to infuse over 30 minutes. The supply is labeled 2 mcg/2 mL.
