No, it is not a safe dosage.
Rationale : 7.3 kg; 25 mg/kg/day x 7.3 kg = 182.5 mg/day is a safe dosage. 125 mg 3 times a day = 375 mg ordered to be administered, which exceeds the safe dosage.
