Answer to Question 1

4 mg/dose

Global Rationale: mg/dose = 2 mg/5mL x 10mL/1 dose. Multiply the numerators (2 x 10 = 20). Multiply the denominators (5 x 1 = 5). 20/5 = 4 mg/dose.

Answer to Question 2

10 mL/dose

Global Rationale: mL/dose = 5mL/125 mg x 250 mg/1 dose. Multiply the numerators (5 x 250 = 1250). Multiply the denominators (125 x 1 = 125). 1250/125= 10 mL/dose.
