A statement of the child's present level of academic performance, dates of initiation and expected length of services, description of instructional objectives and annual goals, a statement of annual evaluation procedures and the schedule for determination of achievement, and a statement of the specific special education and related services to be provided to the child and the extent to which she will be able to participate in the regular classroom must be included in a child's IEP.
