Compared to normal and early-maturing boys, late-maturing boys are more likely to have lower self-esteem and stronger feelings of inadequacy.

Answer to Question 2

It is easier to solve complex problems if they are first broken up into manageable parts. The two benefits to this process are that the amount of information to be kept in working memory is reduced and that solutions found for some parts of the problem frequently solve other parts of the problem.
