Answer to Question 1

Moral relativism refers to the state in which rules are considered to be flexible, and intent is considered when considering guilt.

Answer to Question 2

With respect to self-control, a self-regulated learner focuses on the task rather than being distracted by thoughts of previous mistakes or failures, thinks about the steps needed to carry out a task, and employs whatever memory and comprehension techniques are appropriate to accomplish the task. With respect to self-observation, a self-regulated learner takes note of his behavior (perhaps by describing it in a journal or logbook) and uses those insights to try out different approaches to learning.
