Answer: The ELITE spirit lives on at the Democrat. Even though the specific purpose for the team has been accomplished, not a day goes by without learning something new and making some incremental improvement. This shows that the organization as a whole had adopted a performing attitude, where accomplishment is supplanted as a goal by incremental progress.
