Mintzberg's managerial roles are grouped into three categories: interpersonal, information, and decisional. The interpersonal roles are figurehead, leader, and liaison. The information roles are monitor, disseminator, and spokesperson. The decisional roles are entrepreneur, disturbance handler, resource allocator, and negotiator.
