Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

Although the work process can be interrupted and results affected negatively by process conflict, by taking time to examine different perspectives about the work process, changes can be made that will ultimately improve the process making it more effective, efficient, and productive and improve the overall results. By ignoring any conflict regarding the work process, stagnation can occur and improvements and innovations are less likely, which will conclude with less than optimal results. This is an example that demonstrates that conflict can be productive in the long run even if it takes more time to handle when the conflict is first raised.
