Answer to Question 1

E

Answer to Question 2

If there are two forms of the test, then one could administer both forms and correlate subjects' scores on the two forms. If there is only one form, then administer the test, split the test into even- and odd-numbered items, and correlate scores on the two halves. Apply the Spearman-Brown formula to determine the reliability of the full-length test.
