Posted another one can you check that one too? Thanks.

Answer to Question 2

A boundaryless organization is composed of people who are linked by computers, faxes, CAD systems, and video teleconferencing, and they may rarely or ever see one another face to face. People come and go as their services are needed, much as in a matrix structure, but they are not formal members of an organization. They are independent functional experts who form an alliance with an organization, fulfill their contractual obligations, and then move on to the next project.
