To encourage greater communication and foster in-group relationships, she makes it a point to search out employees and connect with them.

Answer to Question 2

By increasing the five core job dimensions (skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy, and feedback), there will be increased personal and work outcomes. If an analysis of a job determines it is lacking or low in any of the five dimensions, the job may be able to be enriched in the dimension(s) identified.
