The two weaknesses of the Normative Decision Making are:
 
  a. poorly define decision styles and poor application.
  b. it is too complex and it assumes leader can easily change styles.
  c. it has weak theoretical bases and the decision styles are poorly defined.
  d. a simplistic view of leadership and low validity of measures.
