Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

Mentoring is the process by which a senior (mentor) employee and a junior (protg) employee enter into a one-on-one relationship with the mentor acting as a role model for the types of behaviors that are required to be successful in the organization. Mentoring works best when the mentor and protg choose each other rather than being arbitrarily assigned to each other.
