Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

SQL Server supports three types of backup: full, differential and transaction log. The full backup backs up the complete database with transaction logs. The differential backup backs up only the changes since the last full backup. The transaction log backup backs up only the current transaction log, which is helpful if there are a lot of transactions occurring on a regular basis.
