In Microsoft Visio 2013, data models are primarily created using the Entity and Relationship connector objects. The Relationship objects are simple attached line segments, and they do not have any relationship property data such as identifier, primary key or foreign key properties stored with them. They can, however, be formatted so that the line style and line ends match those used in IE Crow's Foot E-R notation.
