Answer to Question 1

TRUE

Answer to Question 2

Inner joins return all the related tables from the two tables involved in the join. They do not return any records that do not have a related record. Outer joins return all the records from one of the tables in the join even if they do not have a related record in the other table. In the second table only the related records are returned.
