Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

The first step should be to research all the different vendors of ERP systems on the market and come up with a short list of vendors who will be able to meet the general business requirements. If the company is running their current systems on outdated legacy systems, much of the research should focus on those computer platforms that will support the hardware and software needed to move the company to the cutting edge.
