The PMO or Project Management Office is responsible for ensuring that project teams are working well together and addressing the functionality issues in a timely, open and efficient manner. The PMO has the difficult task of managing the limited resources, the project scope, and the project schedule. It is a risky but rewarding role in ERP projects.
