2. How to be understood by very different audiences: clients, domain experts, analysts, designers, and coders.
3. How to keep control of modeling inventory so that the models stay up-to-date and are easy to find.
4. How to be effective at both ends of the modeling spectrum: general views that identify the scope and detailed views that can be used as engineering blueprints.
