Answer to Question 1

Patterns are old. A systematic way to describe patterns and their consequences, however, is new. Pattern language has two meanings: the language for systematizing and presenting patterns, and the language that patterns form in relationship to each other. Like use cases, patterns must be described in an essentially literary form.

Answer to Question 2

FALSE
