Answer to Question 1

FALSE

Answer to Question 2

Three views of structural modeling are: conceptual, logical, or physical:
In planning for a building, we first express the concepts: an Art Deco, three-story building with ten bedrooms, five bathrooms, etc. Then we design the logical relationships: The library would be on the first floor, next to the drawing room, which is accessible from the entry hall. Finally, we arrive at the physical specifications: The exact size, type, and features of the foundation; the location, the shape and the diameter of water pipes; the wiring plan for electricity.
