Methodology means a body of methods, rules, techniques and tools, plus their theoretical underpinnings. In other words, method defines a tactic, whereas methodology defines the strategy.

Answer to Question 2

A package is a general-purpose mechanism in modeling tools for grouping related items within a hierarchical structure. Packaging allows models to be nested in a hierarchical structure. Packaging hierarchy enforces a namespace, meaning that at every level the name of an item must be unique within the boundaries of the package that owns in.
