Answer to Question 1

Security auditing

Answer to Question 2

The sponsor, change agent, and change target should be evaluated. Then the scope of the change, sponsor commitment to the project, change agent's skills, and targets' support or resistance to the change should be addressed. The intent is to determine whether the change can be made successfully with the current scope, sponsors, change agents and targets. By understanding these risks and challenges, the IT project team can more successfully plan and conduct the implementation process.
