Your documentation should be able to tell you such things as what types of NICs you are using and where; the names, locations, and addresses of all your hubs, switches, routers, and servers; the status of your licensing for the server operating system and client applications; where and what types of printers you have; how users are granted or denied login user IDs and passwords; when and how backups are performed; who is responsible for administration of each part of the network; and so on.
