A new teacher has created the goals needed for her students on IEPs; you are mentoring the new teacher, so you happen to look over her goals. One of the goals you notice for a student is that he will read grade level text at the end of the school year benchmark. You happen to know that this student is a high school and reads at a 1st grade level. What is something you could tell this teacher to help her improve her goal?
 
  a. Make sure that others will understand the goal
