Maintaining a daily journal is a question pertaining to spiritual health that can be used when assessing an individual's health. Other questions or statements that can be answered yes or no concerning spiritual health include: I pray or meditate every day, I believe in a higher power, and I seek help from professional counselors as needed. Questions or statements that pertain to social health include: I do volunteer work, I see my family regularly, and Not all my friends are nurses. The statement I have a hobby that I enjoy is related to intellectual health, and the statement I work well with others is related to emotional health.
