Answer to Question 1

C
Ethical dilemmas consist of conflict (disagreement or argument) between at least two ethical principles. There are no correct answers for ethical dilemmas, but a variety of possible solutions. Ethical situations are those in which the question of ethics (right and wrong) comes into play. Ethics itself is a branch of philosophy that concerns the distinction between right and wrong based upon a body of knowledge, not just opinions.

Answer to Question 2

C
Ethics committees can be found in many health care organizations as a means of providing an ethical workplace. Ethics committees usually consist of an interdisciplinary group of people who assist in making decisions concerning ethical dilemmas. While these dilemmas may require difficult decisions on what may be right and wrong in certain circumstances, they tend to pertain only to ethical dilemmas and not to other types of decision making or concerns.
