Answer to Question 1

D
Nurse Q's response to the planned change to the current electronic medical record and charting system shows her reluctance to adopt change and that she prefers stability and tradition. This type of behavior is part of the laggard behavioral response to change. Rejectors tend to openly oppose and reject change and may even be covert in their response. Late majority (not late minority) individuals are also called followers.

These four factors are: 1) flexibility for change (not reluctance toward change), 2) evaluation of the immediate situation, 3) anticipated consequences of change, and 4) the individual's stateor what they may stand to win or losein regard to the change.
