During the interview you learn there are several candidates for the position. Several days post -interview you are called for a second interview. How do you prepare for this interview?
 
  1. The same preparation as for the first interview.
  2. Similar preparation as for the first interview but with more details regarding past experiences.
  3. Anticipate questions in regard to the position that are situational and provide information regarding your
  competence.
  4. Anticipate questions regarding working with your peers.

Question 2

A nurse has interviewed at a hospital for an ICU day shift position. The nurse is very interested in obtaining this position. After the interview, which would be an appropriate action to take?
 
  1. Call the interviewer the following day regarding the selection process.
  2. Call the ICU unit and inquire about the position and if a decision has been made regarding the candidate.
  3. Send a post-interview thank you letter the following day.
  4. Call the interviewer every day post-interview.

and stating your enjoyment of the meeting. Calling the interviewer and the unit is
